Aug 2023 our 1st time. Parking was a little tight but we were new to area so maybe more parking on other street. The indoors is cool and open. There's also outdoor seating with some Adirondack chairs, regular tables, and chairs. And there are lots of dogs. I'm not a fan of pets where food and drink is served but to each their own. The beer was fantastic, and the overall feel of this venue has great. It's a must stop if you're in the area. March 2, 2024, we visited again and had a positive experience. Great beer. Fun venue.
We chose Spacecat for our wedding after-party (as our wedding was a destination event), and we couldn’t have made a better choice! We rented the entire venue for our private gathering of around 100 guests. James was a pleasure to work with, and Michele was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She kept me calm, managed all my unique requests, and even assisted with setup and breakdown. On the day of the event, the entire staff was fun and professional, ensuring our guests had a great time. They seamlessly accommodated Oishi rolling sushi for us, the New Haven Pizza Truck serving delicious pies, and the James Zap Band (3-piece) playing our favorite tunes. Our party made fun use of the courtyard's cornhole, ring toss, and firepit. We even brought a s'mores station to add some treats. The venue itself is both fun and beautiful. With a few personal touches to add a wedding flair, it became the perfect backdrop for such a special day.
Built in an old textile mill, has a lot of character with huge windows, large bar, plenty of large group seating, outside patio with games and most importantly great beer. First time I came here was for a Norwalk Seaport Association function. Great introduction to a great brewery. They have a free parking lot and also plenty of street parking. They have food trucks and lots of fun events. Great place to come and relax with family, friends and your pet.
To start, Orion is one of the best beers I've ever had. Great spot to chill with friends and family. My only gripe is the ambiance, it's really bright and a bit bare inside. Would be cool to see more art, cool lighting and other moody touches.
Great beer, friendly staff, beautiful venue. Fantastic non-alcoholic options (homemade shaken limemaid for $4?? delicious. Also enjoyed a low-alc locally-made fruit liqueur in seltzer, and locally made kombucha on tap), great playlist (from a bisexual 20-something POV), trivia had good turnout and great questions too. Board games available
Great brewery... Wonderful options of beer... A true brewery... With food truck options changing daily...
We love this place so much! Our go-to to spend an evening after work or a weekend afternoon. Dog friendly inside and out, beer and other drinks are awesome, products are sourced locally, vibes are immaculate and the food truck options are great! Go here!! :)
