Whistleville Pils

German Style Pilsner ✦ 5.0% ABV

In honor of Norwalk’s most historical neighborhood, this Pilsner is a traditional, light-bodied and highly attenuated lager brewed from almost exclusively Pilsner malt and noble German hops. Light gold in color, subtle bitter taste, excellent head retention, and a gentle floral hop aroma. A garage beer, but better.
